    Event Hire Policy

    At The Auldhouse Arms, we’re proud to offer our space for private events with no room hire fee. We love being part of your celebrations and do everything we can to make your experience enjoyable and stress-free.

    However, to protect both our guests and our licence, we must ask that no outside food or drink of any kind be brought onto the premises. This includes:

    No crisps
    No sweets
    No nuts
    No other food items
    No alcohol or soft drinks

    Why this is important:
    Bringing your own alcohol onto licensed premises is a serious safety and licensing issue. It puts both our staff and our business at risk.

    Bringing outside food creates health and safety concerns. If food brought in from outside causes illness or contamination, The Auldhouse Arms would be held responsible.

    We have everything you need here — from delicious food to a fully stocked bar — and we’re happy to cater to most requests with advance notice.

    Anyone found bringing in or consuming their own food or drink will be asked to leave immediately.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep The Auldhouse Arms safe, compliant, and enjoyable for everyone.
